one Haircap / shower cap
cover your feet
Towel
and cream
Or do they offer these things to you?

K, when I put my cap, cream, towel shower. I do not remember the use of foot covers, I used a bit of cream.
And no, it should be 18, in 13 and left. AND DO NOT breathe there, you know HORRIBLE! I spit everything yourself! Lol, and it is strange, but remain as in the breasts of all white hah that was funny! If you get a sunscreen with in it, do not wear white, because many falls on your clothes
